By creating an account or using LockedPDFs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LockedPDFs provides browser-based PDF tools. All processing happens client-side ā your files never leave your device. We do not access, store, or retain any documents you process.
ā¢ You must provide a valid email address ā¢ You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account ā¢ You must be 18 years or older to use this service ā¢ One account per person ā do not share account credentials
Free Plan: Access to core tools with file size and usage limits. Pro Plan (ā¹999/year): Full access for one user. Billed annually. Auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. Team Plan (ā¹2,999/year): Full access for up to 5 users. Billed annually. Auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Razorpay. GST invoices are issued automatically. Refund policy: If the service fails to function as described, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund. No refunds for change of mind after the subscription period has begun.
You agree not to use LockedPDFs to process documents you do not have the right to process, or for any unlawful purpose.
The LockedPDFs software, design, and brand are owned by FinLens Advisory. The underlying pdf-lib library is open source (MIT licence). Your documents remain entirely your own.
LockedPDFs is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, India.
